Shipping
Delivery charges depend on weight and destination. We are constantly negotiating better deals with all our transport companies and your cost is reflected in the calculator as you update the shopping cart. Unfortunately, goods cannot be picked up from our warehouses.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are despatched within one (1) business day and shipping times to metro destinations are usually within 24 hours of despatch, country areas may take longer. International orders are not currently accepted.
Online Payment
Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted and we do not charge any extra! We do not accept American Express. Online payments are processed on our secure server and processed by ANZ in Australian dollars. ANZ Banking Corporation is one of Australia's most trusted and secure online payment solution providers.
Returns
In order to send a product back to us, we will require you to provide four basic details of the item:
- The invoice number on which the item was purchased on.
- The quantity of items to be returned.
- The item product code as listed on your invoice.
- The reason for the return and / or the details of the fault that has been encountered.
Further to these details, some cartridge manufacturers will require extra information on certain products before they issue us with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Without these details, the cartridge manufacturers are unable to competently distinguish between genuine and non-genuine warranty claims. The individual vendor requirements will be displayed on your return application once the relevant information has been completed. Please review these requirements prior to sending off your return.
Failure to supply sufficient information on the items being returned may result in the claim being rejected. No exceptions will be made!
