Why was my credit card declined?
Please note that we accept both VISA and Mastercard credit cards. We are happy to advise that we do not charge you anything extra when paying by credit card.

Do I need an ABN to buy from your company?
Absolutely NOT. We sell to thousands of personal use customers who are not registered ABN holders.

What are my shipping options?
Currently your shipping options are limited, very limited. An item will be shipped if you order it, or not shipped if you don't. Sometimes, our geniuses in the warehouse overship. If this happens and you receive an added "bonus" please email us and we will gratefully send the genius in question to pick it up. We are constantly negotiating better deals with all our transport companies to offer you, our valued customer, the best possible shipping rates. We will always utilize the freight company that offers the best rate to your specific area. Unfortunately, goods cannot be picked up from our warehouses.

What hours do you work?
We take to our desks at 9am on Monday morning and are forcefully asked to vacate the premises by 5pm on Friday afternoon. We have asked the bosses for Saturday and Sunday work but have so far been refused permission to do so.

When will my beloved cartridge arrive?
Once you have graced our website with your order, we will ship within 3 hours of picking. If, in the unlikely event we are out of stock, and cannot secure more stock, our admin gurus will email you and inform you of the sad news. WE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU HANGING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We will also reverse any payments made immediately. Generally speaking, you should receive your order within 24 hours.

Where are you guys located?
We currently have dispatch warehouses located in Melbourne,Sydney,Brisbane and Perth but ship to all of Australia. Go on, surprise us with your obscure location.

Do you have a privacy policy? Is it very private?
Absolutely private, but we will tell you anyway. At Inkplease, we understand the importance you attach to your personal information. As such, we shall ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
If you submit information to Inkplease by registering as a member, purchasing one of our products or by sending us an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about our goods and/or services and for processing an order by you for our goods.
Specifically, we require your name, street address, email address, phone and fax number and method of payment details in order to complete an order for our goods.
We shall only disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above - such as our financial institution to process your order. We shall not give our customer lists to third parties for promotions independent of Inkplease.
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have a right to request access to your personal information held by us. You may do this by sending us an email to privateye@inkplease.com.au
You do not have to provide us with the information requested, however, we will be unable to process your order should you be unwilling to do so.
Inkplease relies on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to 'spread the word' about our great deals. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals and promotions we do send occasional emails. However, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) we shall only send you emails with your prior consent and shall be happy to remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive our promotional information. -
Can I work for you?
Not at the moment. We are so efficient that we don't need any help at the moment. However, if you buy tons of cartridges, we may need your help so start buying now.

My cartridge was dead on-arrival! What do I do?
If your cartridge arrives without a heartbeat and does not print properly, we will happily rectify the situation and remove your feelings of disappointment. Please email service@inkplease.com.au and we will give you directions as to how to make your world a happy place again. At all times, our maximum liability for any product supplied by us to you will not exceed the amount charged for this product.

When purchasing from Inkplease, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
